First cooking class of the fall season - Pasta making and olive oil tasting with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Piro.

The pasta was rolled to perfection and the olive oil transported us all to the hills of Tuscany. We even finished the meal with a decadent dolce of gelato drizzled with Piro olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.

Watch for more classes to be added soon. Olive oil available for purchase at The Wild Table.

This has been a week full of birthday parties and celebrations of life and thereā€™s more to go! This weekend we feed the women involved in both Women in Wilderness Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness Foundation and Beartooth La Femme bike ride.
Soā€¦ I hate to say we must close the restaurant to focus on catering this Saturday August 15th.
