Baked some pies for a pie auction this past weekend. Had fun baking and then a great time seeing my pies help bring in $400 in a final auction total of 17K for the church youth group my boys are involved with.

Sfogliatelle Ricce.... lobster tails. :) Paige helped me. They took us 7 hrs. But so worth it! Krispy flaky pastry with lightly sweet filling. Delicioso!!
