Please be mindful we are a small family restaurant, not a corporation where we can build out a mega kitchen. With that being said a lot of times your entrees will come out before your appetizers, it's the nature of the beast. We will do our best to bring your appetizers out first, but more then likely your orders will probably come out at the same time. Be mindful that everything is made to order except the sauces, no negotiation on sauce being prep as your food is being made.

Again we appreciate all of your support and patience.

Ok, tonight was nuts even with another person helping front of house. Please be aware our entrees are made to order, with that being said our average wait time from about 6 til close was about an hour maybe more I lost track of time. Yes we did turn on the online order and it may have added to additional wait time. We appreciate to those whom waited it out and apologize to those who couldn't, same goes to those who were trying to call in their orders. We were still push beyound limits. There is no way around the design of the entire restaurant setup, we are here for 5 years so there is plenty of time for everyone. Thank you all for your support and understanding.

P.S. there maybe times that I will suspend online ordering so we can catch up on orders.

Apologize to those we could not serve today. Hopefully you'll give us a chance once all the bugs are worked out. Thank you to all for your support.
