Today, we celebrate ONE WHOLE YEAR of Dorada Restaurant & Bar. 🥂
What a year it has been. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, moments of doubt, moments of faith, lessons learned, and plenty of growth along the way. But through it all, we’ve been fortunate to have an incredible team and an amazing clientele who continue to walk through our doors and support what we do.
To everyone who has dined with us, celebrated with us, recommended us, shared our posts, brought friends and family, or simply mentioned our name, thank you. Even to those who may not have supported us directly, but kept our name in the conversation… thank you too. Every mention helped Dorada become what it is today.
When we took over the former 201 West, we never imagined we would be able to keep its legacy alive in the way we have. 201 West meant something to this community, and from the beginning, it was important to us not to erase that history. We wanted to honor the traditions people loved while bringing our own identity, flavors, atmosphere, and vision to the space.
One year later, we’re incredibly proud to see familiar faces from the 201 West days sitting alongside guests who discovered us as Dorada. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for everything we’ve learned, and excited for everything still ahead.
Most importantly, thank you to our team — the people behind the scenes and on the floor who make Dorada happen every single day. None of this would be possible without you.
One year down, and we’re just getting started. 🥂
