Payment & Order Agreement

To ensure that all orders are properly scheduled, prepared, and completed, the following payment policy applies to all Bella’s Sweets orders, including cakes, desserts, catering, food trays, events, and special orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on the day the order is placed to officially reserve your date and confirm your order.

• No order will be considered confirmed without the required 30% deposit.

• Orders without payment will not be started, prepared, purchased for, or scheduled.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date before the order is completed or delivered.

• The 30% deposit is applied toward the total cost of your order.

• No exceptions will be made to this payment policy.

• By placing an order with Bella’s Sweets, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

IMPORTANT

A verbal agreement, text message, phone call, or social-media message does not reserve your date or confirm your order. Your order is only secured once the required deposit has been received.
