📢 EARLY CLOSING TODAY

The Porch will be closing today at 3:30 PM.

As a small business owner and a mom, I’m doing my best to balance running our business while also being there to support my kids in their activities. ❤️ Our kids only get these moments once, and I try my best not to miss them.

💗 Today is Amy’s last day at The Porch! 💗

Amy is moving to be closer to her family, and while we’re so happy for her, saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet. Even though we consider you family, Amy, we know how important it is to be close to your own family. ❤️

We’re going to miss your bubbly personality, your spunky one-liners, and all the fun you brought to The Porch! 🥹 You will ALWAYS have a place here and an open invitation to come back anytime.

We wish you nothing but the best on this next chapter! 🫶🏻

Today is Avery’s LAST DAY at The Porch and this one is definitely a little bittersweet. 🥹❤️

Make sure you stop in from 11:30–4:30 to see her before she heads off to college!

Avery has been such a special part of our Porch family. She’s dependable, has an incredible work ethic, is so easygoing, and has that sweet, laid-back personality that makes her such a joy to have around. And let’s be honest… she’s a little beauty, too! 🥰

It’s hard watching these girls grow up and move on, but it’s also one of the best parts of having them work here. We are so proud of you, Avery, and so excited to watch you start this next chapter at UND pursuing your degree in Physical Therapy. 🎓

We’re going to miss your face, your laugh, and having you around The Porch more than you know. ❤️

Good luck, Avery! Go chase those dreams and do BIG things! We’ll always be cheering you on! 🖤💚

Today is a day I’ve been dreading.

It’s Myia’s last day at The Porch. ❤️

She’s been here since day one in 2011. She has literally grown up behind this counter—from a little girl helping out to becoming one of the hardest-working, sassiest (😉), and most dependable people I’ve ever had the privilege of working beside.

I’ve been blessed with some amazing girls over the years, and every one of them has left a mark on The Porch. But this one… this one hits a little differently. Because she’s not only an incredible employee—she’s my daughter.

Myia, I couldn’t be more proud of you. You’re headed to Lake Region State College to continue your volleyball career and pursue a degree in Radiology/Ultrasound. I have no doubt you’re going to do amazing things and touch so many lives.

Will I miss your work ethic? Absolutely.
Will I miss your smile? Every day.
Will I miss the sass? …Ask me again in a few weeks. 😜

If you’ve ever been served by “Little Red,” laughed with her, or watched her grow over the years, stop in today and wish her luck! She’ll be here until 12:30, and I know she’d love to see some familiar faces before she starts this exciting new chapter.
