New addition to Laug’s Low and Slow BBQ! This is our new smoker built by Lone Star Grillz in Texas. This cooker is fully insulated and will allow us to serve a consistent product to our customers no matter the time of year. We will be getting straight to work dialing this rig in to be ready come spring. Tomorrow we will be breaking this thing in with some St.Louis Spare Ribs, Pork Belly, and Pork Tenderloin. Stay tuned. We will be posting price packages for Class of 2024 graduation parties in the coming weeks.

Its all about pork today at the Laug’s Low and Slow Patio Research and Developent Center working on some menu Items. Pork Steak Sandwiches, Pork Belly Burnt Ends and going on the pit later are pork tenderloins for our Pork Tenderloin Sliders. Can’t wait to roll these out to the public next spring!

We are happy to announce that all our meat that we will be serving will be from Sobie Meats in Walker MI!! I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Tim Sobie himself and we are excited that we will be getting quality meats from quality people! If you have never been there I would recommend it! They are located at 3450 Remembrance Rd. Stop in and check them out!

We will be working on getting our menu together over this fall/winter to be ready for spring. One thing we know for sure we will have on the menu is Beef Tri-Tip! This is a popular cut on the west coast but not so much in our region. It is melt in your mouth delicious and we can’t wait to serve it to West Michigan. Stay tuned for more menu updates as they come.
