***update Friday 5/1! Looks like we will sell out today!! We will be open today from 12- end of supply. Very limited menu***

Next week is our last week of operation at this location!
Last day will be Saturday 5/2 unless we sell out of everything sooner.
It's not goodbye, its see you later!
We have big plans for our brand in the future as far as a stand alone location, moving into franchising later on. No set date yet for these plans, just something for our fans to look forward to.

You may also be able to grab up some burgers made almost the same way soon in the deli case at Dashco.

****Closing spring 2026****

Hello friends,
We have some important news to share.
As many of you know, we are a family-owned and operated restaurant. For more than 11 years, we have poured our hearts into this business. After much thought, we’ve decided it’s time to step away from the restaurant industry and focus on our other businesses that now require our attention. It's been a fun ride, but we are excited to move on from the restaurant.
We plan to finish out the fall/winter season, though we don’t have an exact closing date yet. After closing our commercial food trailer (kitchen) will be available for sale, along with furniture, small appliances, kitchenware, and restaurant equipment. Please note: the business itself is not for sale, and the space will not be for rent or lease.
In the meantime, we’ll be operating on limited hours:
Tuesday–Thursday: 12 PM – 4 PM
Friday–Saturday: 12 PM – 7 PM
There will also be some additional closure dates in late September and October, which we’ll announce as they get closer.
Thank you all so much for your support over the years. We hope you’ll stop by and enjoy our burgers while you still can!

Tomorrow we will be saying goodbye to our cherished Penny girl, who has defied the odds by reaching nearly 15 years of age. She has been a vital component of our family. In recognition of her special place in our hearts, we named our restaurant after her. We have had many adventures and fond memories with her. Sadly, her health has deteriorated significantly over the past couple of days. As a result, we regret to inform you that we will be closed tomorrow to allow our family to grieve and be together. We are grateful for your understanding.
