OK... So..
THIS, IS... HAPPENING. ! ! !

Our Lil boy ( as Chef Aoi affectionately named our little trailer), has been in a long slumber for quite some time! Recently we decided to wake him up and breathe him into a new life!
This little guy is what started the Thai Town Cafe phenomenon as you see it today! Providing a small town of Port Byron Illinois with the most authentic Thai food known to the area! He did us great Justice and served us very well through the years! Always standing strong year round while pushing out an incredible amount of yummy cuisine! He started his life with us in 2019 on the riverfront of Port Byron where he found a short and fun family friendly environment at our own home, then traveled with us into Rapid City where he spent a year on the corner of where Jimmy Lee's originated and then hopped over a few streets to where our first restaurant was being built in 2022!
Many of you are familiar with this little guy and all the great memories he brought to our area! Please feel free to post some stories and photos! We would love to see them!
** recently, he's been under intense surgery through the craftsmanship of B&E Contracting.. these guys did a phenomenal job being ever so careful with giving him new supports and so many more updates that are unseen from the outside! We are ever so grateful for their skills and knowledge of what's needed and what fits the best and where!
Our Lil boy's next stop will be at Big River Customs for a fresh new look and then finally a quick visit to our friends at Hightech Signs!
Yep, you're going to see him out and about this summer!! With a whole new Google account so you guys can see where he's at each step of the way and possibly a whole separate page! Renaming him, the Thai Town Express! ❤️
