Thank You for 5 GREAT YEARS! The Bean Counter - Rapid City will be closing permanently on May 8th, 2024. A new Coffee Shop will be opening in Early Summer (More Details to Come). In light of that the Loyalty Program will end on May 8th, and we will stop accruing points starting tomorrow April 9th. SO USE THEM UP!

All Gift Cards MUST be used by May 8th as well, the new coffee shop will have no way of honoring them.

We at the Bean Counter appreciate all of the great customers we have served over the last 5 years, we think the world of each and every one of you. Please stop by and see us over the next month!

Our grove is expanding! Let us “tell-er” about the job description:

Assist members personally or by telephone; determine nature of the member's business and whether to transact the member's request or refer the member to the proper staff person.

Perform teller, member service and lending functions daily as needed.

Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive and technology environments that may affect the Member Service function.

Responsible for cash drawer, account for assigned cash, and accurately balance to the computer balance sheet. Sign on and off the computer, according to procedures.

Responsible for opening, processing, and maintenance of all types of new accounts.
Educate and inform members of all Aspen FCU products and services, and cross-sell when applicable. Make referrals when appropriate.
