🎃 CATRACHOS AFTER DARK: A SPOOKY HALLOWEEN NIGHT

Chef Casco has unleashed the menu for an elegant evening filled with candlelight, Latin flavors, mystery, and unexpected surprises.

Upon arrival, you will receive Sangre de Jamaica—Blood of Hibiscus, the first ritual required to cross the veil between worlds and enter Catrachos After Dark.

Once seated, your experience continues with our included Midnight Elixir (included) available alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Dare to pour. Dare to combine.

As dinner unfolds, listen as a haunting Honduran legend comes to life—> revealed one chapter at a time until the final course.

Your evening includes:

🌙 A traditional Honduran baleada, made with fresh tortillas from Tortilla Factory Molina here in Rapid City (proudly supporting local)

🔥 A veggie or steak tostada topped with guacamole and steak cooked medium

🍽️ Your preselected entrée: Pollo a la Crema, Salmon with Peruvian Ají Amarillo Sauce, or a Vegetarian Entrée

⚰️ A spooky mystery dessert that must remain buried until that night
