We usually try to keep our social media positive, fun, and focused on celebrating the great things happening in our community. However, after seeing not only the challenges we’ve faced, but also the repeated damage and destruction affecting many of our neighbors downtown, we feel it’s important to bring some attention to what’s happening.
We love being part of downtown, and we love creating a fun, welcoming place for people to gather at Pour 54 Taphouse.
We take a lot of pride in doing our part to keep our community looking beautiful, clean, and safe. Our patio, planters, and outdoor space are all part of that effort.
Unfortunately, we’ve been dealing with repeated damage and destruction outside our business on a consistent basis. This isn’t just a one-time thing—it’s becoming something we’re having to address far too often.
When people feel like they can damage property, knock things over, or disrespect shared spaces, it affects more than just one business. It impacts the experience of our guests, our neighbors, and everyone who wants downtown to feel welcoming and cared for.
We’re posting because we care about this community and want to keep doing our part to make it a place people are proud to visit, support, and enjoy.
Please help us keep downtown beautiful, safe, and fun. Respect local businesses. Respect shared spaces. Respect the community we’re all trying to build. ❤️
