First up: Mole Marinated Beef Skewers — prime flat iron with spicy chimichurri and fresh cilantro. The kind of dish that has you reaching for another cold drink🍺

Then there’s the Larb Style Crispy Beef Cheek — toasted cashew, mint, red leaf lettuce, fried onion and soy dressing. Light, bright, and exactly what summer eating is all about.
