Thursday-Hot beef Manhattan-comes with corn and a side salad, Country Fried Steak, Country Fried Chicken, Breaded Chicken Livers, and Breaded Chicken Gizzards-all with a choice of 2 sides: mashed potatoes and either brown or white gravy, corn, green beans, cottage cheese, or a side salad.
