Bill to attend Culinary School. I graduated in February 2013 with an Applied Science Associates Degree and a Specialist Diploma in Baking and Pastry. I love learning new techniques and trying new recipes. I am constantly learning and getting better every time I turn my mixers on. Wedding season is one of my favorites! I wish the bride and groom many years of love, patience and fun. This was a marble cake with chocolate ganache filling and a vanilla buttercream. Yumm the scraps were delicious. cake

Today was a joy for me! A Mom brought her daughter to pick up her birthday cake and I got to see her eyes get really big and the smile get wide as the excitement for her upcoming birthday party was building! My kids are all grown now so this felt like a gift for me! It really makes my day to be a small part of so many family’s special occasions!

The middle of the week isn’t normally a day off for me, but this week it was! The Price Is Right is where my VFW Sister Wendy and I’s newest adventure took us! We didn’t make it out of our seats but we have the best time doing what we do best- cheering on others! Watch out Drew Carey, we will be back and we are bringing others! ♥️

September is nearly over and I am not so patiently waiting to kick off Halloween season. Then I looked at my calendar for October and it’s filled with weddings! What is a girl to do when two of her favorite things collide? Decorate of course! My extra hand at my workstation got a little bling! Honestly, I take every order very seriously, especially my weddings, while having some quirky fun at the same time. There is still time to get your wedding ( or Halloween) orders in calendar!
