Big D's Q

10/10/2026

We woke up early, worried y’all might not know how good Christy’s broccoli salad is.

Actually… we never went to sleep. 😂 Two days of cooking will have pitmasters pondering life’s big questions. Like, “Have we told enough people about the broccoli salad?”

So here’s your reminder: Christy makes some of the best broccoli salad you’ll ever find, with our very own Big D’s Q Grill Appeal and Steak Out giving it that extra oomph.

Available for catering. Because your side dishes deserve to be the talk of the table, too. 🥦🔥

THANK YOU, SELMER! ❤️🔥

Y’all SOLD US OUT tonight at the Harvest Festival!

Between the fall night, the lights, the crowd, and everybody gathered around the town center, Selmer’s got us feeling like we’ve landed in Stars Hollow. 🍂✨
(A Gilmore Girls reference for those not in the know. 😉) * Peak the view from our food truck window

Thank you to everybody who stopped by the Big D’s Q trailer and kept us busy all night. We appreciate y’all!

Now it’s time to head home, kick our feet up, and naturally, Christy is going to watch Gilmore Girls. 😂☕️

Goodnight from Stars Hol— we mean, Selmer! 🍂❤️

Thank you to Jessica and her team at the chamber❤️

🎀 THAT’S A WRAP! 🎀

What a wonderful day celebrating Dolly, good food, and an even better cause! 💕📚

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out today to support our Dolly Brunch Fundraiser benefiting the McNairy County Imagination Library!

☕ Thank you to Moody Cat Coffee Shop for partnering with us and helping make today possible.

💗 A special thank you to Dakota Moore for helping organize everything and bring it all together.

🔥 And thank YOU to everyone who stopped by the Big D’s Q food truck for some BBQ, made a donation, sang along, played trivia, entered the giveaways, or simply came out to support the cause.

We’re still counting electronic donations, but our running total is already $772 — enough to provide approximately 296 books to McNairy County children! 📚❤️

And we’re still counting!

Dolly would be proud. 🦋✨

We loved seeing everyone today, so drop your photos from the Dolly Brunch in the comments below! We want to see them!
