Escazú Chocolates We are a Bean to Bar to Confection chocolate maker-chocolatier located in Raleigh, NC. We carefully source high quality cacao beans from Latin America.

Our retail shop and factory is located at 2409 Crabtree Blvd. 919.832.3433 We then, sort the beans by hand, roast in an antique roaster, winnow and grind in an antique stone grinder, to make the chocolate. We then temper it and hand ladle it into the molds to make our bars that are later hand wrapped. From the day we start sorting until the bar is ready to be on a shelf is an 8 to 10 day process,

not counting aging time and from the sorting to the wrapping, our process is completely hand done. Our confections are made with our chocolate and local ingredients, we utilize Homeland Creamery Dairy, Big Spoon Nut Butters, Counter Culture Coffee... just to name a few.

Tomorrow is the beginning of “La copa mundial de fútbol 2026” and as a Latin American, I am all about it. So to kick it off, we will be offering this sweet little deal tomorrow starting at 3 when the game starts. Buy an horchata crunch bar and/or passion fruit ice cream and get a tile of chocolate!
Also, our neighbors are having a watching party with food from our other neighbors, .molino … So go watch the game, eat some food and cross over our way for some ice cream and chocolate!

Millie & CC made some dreams come true today and proved Danielle wrong, because we can and we did make our own version of this and it is absolutely delicious!!!! Limited quantities available!
Our own waffle cone, lined with our own 65% chocolate, filled with our own vanilla ice cream, dipped in our own magic shell and sprinkled with peanuts!
