I still can’t believe today happened.

When Glenda asked me to be P4E’s chef instructor, I said yes. I had no idea it would turn into this.

Today, 15 women graduated. Women who wouldn’t pick up a knife without asking permission on day one, running full community meals like pros by the end. And somewhere in teaching them, I created something I didn’t even see coming; my first cookbook. Every recipe we cooked together, now in their hands, in Spanish, so every one of them can carry it home.

One of my students handed me a gift; it was a hand-embroidered chef coat and a note that stopped me in my tracks. My heart is FULL.

I built this company not knowing what it would turn into. Today, I got proof! When you believe in yourself, the opportunities show up. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.
