Our Tuna Crudo is a light and refreshing starter with maguro, avocado mousse, wasabi soy, and crispy shallots.

Next up, our o-toro spoons melt in your mouth every bite with rich o-toro and uni combined with flavorful kizami, ponzu and kaluga caviar.

Our Octopus specialty dish takes a more adventurous approach, with gochujang glaze, kabocha squash puree, smoked paprika and yuzu olive oil.
