Tulip is in the Halloween spirit and ready to find her home for the best holiday of the year 🦇🎃 Tulip and her sister Cleo have been waiting to find their forever home for four months!!!! These girls definitely have personalities and can be a bit sassy...but have such wonderful sweet sides to them as well. Tulip likes to burrow under blankies and Cleo likes to sit in laps.
