The Boyz’ Icy Oasis has had a very unpredictable first year. This year was full of failures, inconveniences and a lot of let downs. This year was also full of learning experiences, shared laughs, late nights and TASTY treats.

Let me explain; this year, BOTH of our new industrial freezers went out, in which we lost ALL of our product. We joined the game at an inconvenient time and couldn’t get proper applications put in, in order to make any profit, nor to get our name out there. We juggled having a new born and starting a business THE SAME YEAR. Phew 😮‍💨 We had our truck blow up on our way to one of our BIGGEST events of the year. Our truck was in the process of being fixed, and then our mechanic just STOPPED. Our truck is now in better hands and will be back better than ever.

Although we had MANY let downs, this year was about creating a name for ourselves. This year was about learning the business aspect and creating new bonds with other businesses. This year was about shooting ice out all over the inside of the truck with laughter and joy. This year was about finding the BEST Italian ice, all to figure out that Fayetteville is NOT a fan of it.

So, with all of this being said… we will be BACK. This season we will be focusing on shaved ice, ice cream, cotton candy, private and public events.

We always talk about the face of the business, but we never give credit to the man that makes it all possible. Behind the scenes, this guy is working religiously to make himself and the business better. He is in fact the most kindhearted family man, constantly urging us to become better human beings. He continuously pushes us to be the type of people you’d want to work with, and be around. Not only is he a business man, but a brother, a father, a friend to MANY.

Without him, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

Here’s to supporting YOU, because of HIM.

The sek boys are reunited and ready to work!!! We have a very busy week catching up, and restocking. This weekend we will be at a private event and the Turnberry neighborhood park in raeford! We are excited to be back together. Summer is almost over, so relax, and get a sweet treat to cool off in the sun. ☀️

Here’s a little info on our SWEET TREATS!
Snow cones are in fact our biggest seller, especially with the self pour syrup station. Our Italian ice is HIGH quality and some of the best you’ll ever taste. If you want a light, and refreshing, “ice cream type, sorbet type” cold treat, you will absolutely love our Italian ice. We have many flavors from our dairy filled horchata, cannoli, creamsicle to our dairy free mango, cherry, rainbow and MANY more!!

Remember the fudge pops you used to get growing up??? If you loved those, you’ll absolutely love a taste of chocolate Italian ice. A cold treat that DOESN’T leave you thirsty.

After a busy day of work yesterday, and it’s over 100 degrees today, the Sek Boys know what the grind is like trying to make a buck in this heat, so we stopped and supported another snow cone stand while we made a trip to the store. It’s all about supporting each other!!

The BIO had the honor and privilege to serve the Gray’s creek football team after their practice thanks to Joe Shirk. He hired us and paid for everyone to have a cool treat after a hot practice!! We are looking forward to continuing our service with Gray’s Creek school.
