This morning was a reminder of exactly why I want to be in the rooms I'm stepping into in this next chapter of my life.
Thanks to my dear friend Melissa Ludwig, I spent the morning at Triple Crown Radnor surrounded by brilliant women having meaningful conversations about leadership, career transitions, resilience and finding our way forward.
As I shared my own journey from broadcasting to keynote speaking and executive presence coaching, I found myself talking about something I believe deeply: We have to be intentional about the rooms we enter, the people we surround ourselves with and how we spend our most valuable resource…our time.
Because burnout is real. Change is hard. And resilience isn't just about bouncing back. It's about having the tools to remain steady on your feet when life asks you to stretch, pivot or begin again.
That's the work I want to do. I want to be in rooms where women are navigating these very challenges, sharing the tools I've learned along the way while continuing to learn from the extraordinary women around me.
And this morning, I received just as much as I gave.
I walked out feeling energized, supported and reminded of the incredible gift of genuine human connection. When we show up fully present, willing to share our experiences and open to receiving the wisdom of others, we lift each other up.
This is what being intentional with our time looks like. And these are the rooms I want to be in.
Thank you, Melissa, for bringing me into this one. ❤
