There’s something special about watching the next generation right here in Racine County grow into hardworking, motivated entrepreneurs.

One of past employees, Omar, recently graduated college and has been running his own landscaping business for a couple years. In addition to helping us maintain the yard around our building, he has begun creating these beautiful custom planters.

We are incredibly grateful for his talent, work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit. It’s exciting to see young people pursuing their dreams and building something of their own.

Thank you, Omar, for helping freshen up our entrance and for being such a great example of hard work paying off. 🌿🌼👏

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Madison or as we all know her, Madi.

Madi is the biggest ray of sunshine in the smallest package. She may be tiny in stature, but she is absolutely larger than life when it comes to kindness, work ethic, and the care she shows to everyone around her. We honestly can't remember a day when we've seen Madi without a smile on her face or kindness flowing from her heart.

What makes this highlight even more special is that Madi is stepping into such an exciting season of life. Just a few days ago, she said "yes" to the love of her life and is now officially engaged! We couldn't be happier for her and her fiancé as they begin this new chapter together. They truly make an adorable pair, and we know they have so many wonderful adventures ahead of them.

When she's not at Wells, Madi is a dental assistant at Racine Dental. She also loves spending time with her family especially her nieces and her friends. She also enjoys catching live music whenever she gets the chance.

This July will mark four years since Madi joined the Wells family, and we are so grateful for the positivity, dedication, and warmth she brings through our doors every single day.

Congratulations on your engagement, Madi! We are so excited to celebrate this special time in your life and can't wait to see all the wonderful things that lie ahead. ❤️🍕🎶💍
