Forty never looked so sweet! 🎉I loved playing with the blush, navy, cream, florals, and touches of gold on these!

This has been over a year and a half in the making!

Back in January 2025, I started a batch of homemade vanilla using organic Madagascar vanilla beans. Since then, it’s been patiently aging, developing a deeper, richer vanilla flavor with time.

Last weekend, I took that homemade, long-aged vanilla and more Madagascar vanilla beans and made my own vanilla bean paste. ✨

Today, I finally got to use it in my first batches of cookie dough and... WOW!! The flavor is amazing. 🤤

It takes a little extra time, a little extra effort, and in this case, more than 18 months of patience... but what goes into my cookies matters just as much as how they look!
