Fatbacks BBQ Fatbacks BBQ is a Family-Owned and Operated REAL Smokehouse in Quincy, Illinois. We have been Creating Handcrafted Barbecue on 24th & Lind since 2012!
(707)

Barbecue is the American Comfort Food, and the BEST is Right Here at Fatbacks! Located at the corner of 24TH and Lind in Quincy, Fatback's serves top-notch southern-style barbecue, with a Midwest twist! With the overwhelming support and requests of the public during various BBQ competitions throughout the Tri-States, we decided to take our flair for BBQ public! Fatback's pit-smokes beef brisket, ribs, pulled pork, pork loin, turkey, and chicken, as well as serving up home-style southern sides such as tasty baked beans, creamy slaw, and even good ole' collard greens (which are reportedly the best ever!). We are blessed and excited to give Quincy and all that visit a taste of what hard work and a passion for barbecue really tastes like...Come on in, we have a table waiting for you!
