Thankful Thursday is here!!

We give thanks to our wonderful patrons since 2020! We are a few days away from our birthday celebration with our sister restaurant Atlas’ Slice (1 year) and our Idol business Quincy Brewing Company (7 years). This will be 3 years for us at 601 Maine.

We are kicking it ole’ school with our FAMOUS Bread Pudding tonight! Tonight and tonight only, we will have Mema Odessa’s Signature Bread Pudding with Caramel…

We are serving up deliciousness till 8! Can’t wait to cook for yall…

Celebration Saturday is here!!

I want to take a second and celebrate a hard working individual who has come through in the clutch the last two days.

This goes without saying, we have number of people/vendors/sales rep/ delivery drivers who have become
more than what that title is. I appreciate each and everyone of them. The spot light on this strapping man is because yesterday and today he came through on his personal time with product that without; would have ceased operations at both restaurants. I dropped the ball and he picked it up and ran with it. We are grateful for people like him! Aaron Kerkhoff, this Saturday is for you my man!

Our wing EXTRAvaganza is here! 12 for $10 may be the best deal in the city. 22 Goat Street smash burger is on the board again today. It sold so well, we wanted to run it back one more day. We round out the day with our DELICIOUS Catfish tacos…

Blue Devil Basketball… It is a tradition that unless you have experienced a game, you can’t fathom what it is about..

My best memory is sitting in the Baldwin Section and rooting the team all away to State Championship and they finished 3rd. I think there was a double OT in one of the games. I was just a wee lad watching the team play with an almost NBA Player mystique to them….

I remember when Tyler Tomlinson first came into the shop and I was so pumped to tell Washington who he was.

Or the moment I put together, Deputy Kevin Douglas, is THE Kevin Douglas from the team I cheered all the way up to state.

Or even as adults, J.D. Summers being one of my favorite Devil Players, still carry’s a meeting your sport hero feeling…

So today smash burger Friday we are celebrating one of the greats…

This is their 13th year hosting the Tri-State Warrior Run/Walk. Everything raised goes to help unmet needs for area Veterans.

Being a veteran, this cause hits home because I know everyone’s service to this country is important and there is a lot of struggle for a lot of veterans.

Wonderful Wednesday!!!

It is so wonderful we have the band back together!! Millie is officially back and we are pumped to have her.

Personally, I am super excited because she is just an anchor in our front of the house operations and a key COG is the way we do things around here…

We have our BOGO half off. Everyone needs a pick me up mid week and you certainly shouldn’t do it alone!!

Our Kiss Kiss Bang Bang was soooo good, we are running in back one more time…

This week and next you’ll notice maybe some changes/outs on the menu as we get ready to release our fall/winter menu just in time for your Birthday Bash Next Saturday!
