Our butter service has become iconic. Ar the restaurant we serve a tower of butter on a silver pedestal to accompany our heirloom grain bread service. The Beurre de Baratte is the best butter we have ever tasted. Made by award-winning affineur Rodolphe Le Meunier. Beurre de Baratte is a highly celebrated French cultured butter crafted in Normandy and the Loire Valley. The butter is served soft at room temperature and scooped in front of you in the celebratory fashion it deserves.

Mignardises (pronounced min-yar-DEEZ) petit fours (little oven) or dainties are bite-sized, sweet treats serves at the end of a meal. The word comes from the 17th-century French word mignard, meaning “dainty,” “graceful,” or “cute”. As we work on these last bites from the kitchen in collaboration with chef .borah we are reminded that every detail in a memorable meal matters.

We look forward to serving you,
Yvan & Rebecca
