We’re so sorry, but Hello Frybread will no longer be attending today’s OXDX Second Saturday Pop Up Market.
We’ve been closely watching the weather all week, and with temperatures continuing to rise along with today’s extreme heat advisory, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our appearance. For the safety of our team, we do not operate when temperatures exceed 95°, as our trailer’s AC is unable to keep up and provides little to no cooling while we’re actively frying. The heat inside becomes unsafe very quickly.
We typically slow down during the summer months and avoid events in extreme temperatures for this exact reason. This was not an easy decision, and we sincerely apologize to everyone who planned on stopping by for frybread today.
Thank you so much for understanding and supporting our small business—we truly appreciate you all. Please still go out and support the amazing vendors at today’s event if you’re able 💜
