⚖️ HAGELY’S HOMESTEAD HERO — $15

A robust burger worthy of a frontier judge.

A savory grilled beef patty topped with melted Swiss cheese (not white American), caramelized onions, fresh grilled mushrooms, and creamy garlic aioli, all served on a toasted brioche bun.

🌵 This hearty creation honors Judge Hagely’s steadfast dedication to justice and the enduring spirit of Quartzsite’s early settlers who carved out a home in the desert wilderness.

A Little Quartzsite History

John George “George” Hagely was born in Quartzsite in 1894 and became an important figure in the community’s early history. His family had deep roots in the area, and Hagely later served as Quartzsite’s Justice of the Peace.

Known as Quartzsite’s “Marrying Judge,” Judge Hagely performed marriages for couples who came through this little desert community, becoming part of the colorful history that helped give Quartzsite its unique character.

The Hagely Adobe remains a reminder of the families and pioneers who built their lives in this rugged stretch of Arizona desert.
