What once stood as a humble gas station was transformed — brick by brick, dish by dish into something far more meaningful.

The De Alwis family saw potential where others saw a pump and a parking lot, and rebuilt it into what is now Bourbon Street Creole Kitchen & Bar.

A family-owned and operated neighborhood restaurant and craft cocktail bar built to be your spot. Whether you’re stopping in for a midday lunch, settling in for a weeknight dinner, or unwinding on the weekend with a handcrafted beverage and bold Cajun flavors, we built this place with you in mind.
