We all would like to say thank you to all our loyal customers that stand by and know the hustle and bustle of a busy night and wait patiently and to the ones who waited longer we are sorry and always strive to be better in that area. Would like to also take a moment to educate others, particularly those who have never worked in the service industry. It is inappropriate to come to a restaurant and act poorly simply because they were busy and you had to wait to be seated or wait to have your oder placed and wait longer time
It's also important to remember that being rude to staff members who are in training is unacceptable. These employees are doing their best to learn and improve. Restaurants may have wait times because they are busy, and staff may make errors as they are still learning. If your food takes longer than expected, you have the option to speak with a manager who can explain that there are many orders being prepared, including take-out orders. Or simply be nice.
We strive to ensure that your dining experience is the best it can be, but we also need a bit of understanding from our guests. This is not an issue unique to our restaurant; it is a widespread challenge. Our regular patrons and locals recognize the hard work we put in every day, and receiving a one-star review from someone who has visited only once because they had to wait is disheartening.
You might see empty tables, but please understand that a server managing a section of 6-9 tables can only handle so many at one time. They have drinks and food to serve and aim to provide good service to all their tables. So, while you may have to wait a few minutes,itโs your choice to wait or come back at a slower time knowing all orders are made by ticket and this is not a fast food restaurant. And we will not tolerate your attitude with any of our employees . - Casa Lopez Family
