June Fun Fact: The month of June is named after Juno, the Roman goddess of family, home, and community. Sounds like a pretty good reason to gather around the breakfast table this weekend - A little sunshine, a little Vermont flavor, and a few specials we're pretty excited about.

This weekend we're serving up two local favorites: our Maple Sausage & Eggs or Maple Chorizo ( sourced from Walpole Valley Farms) & Eggs, made with locally crafted maple sausage that's become a staple around here for good reason.

On the lighter side, our Smoked Salmon Omelette is filled with smoked salmon, tomato, spinach, onion, fresh chives, and creamy goat cheese, creating a rich yet delicate balance of flavors

And for something sweet, we're featuring a Lime Curd & Cherry Stuffed French Toast — bright, tangy lime curd paired with sweet cherries and tucked inside thick slices of French toast. It tastes every bit as good as it sounds.

The forecast says we're in for some summer-like heat this weekend, with a passing shower here and there — which honestly feels like classic Vermont.

No matter what the weather decides to do, we're excited to welcome back one of our favorite traditions: dinner on the porch. The tables are set, the flowers are blooming, and there's nothing quite like enjoying a warm evening meal outdoors.

And if a little rain happens to drift through? Well, that's just another excuse to slow down, linger a little longer, and enjoy the cozy charm of a Vermont summer.

Memorial Day Weekend is here, and while the skies may be a little gray, there’s something especially comforting about a rainy spring weekend in Vermont.

This weekend special lineup might be one of our favorites yet. Our homemade hash becomes the base for a hearty Eggs Benedict topped with perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise, while our Bacon Egg & Cheese Eggrolls bring a crispy twist to a diner classic. And for something sweet, the Blueberry Lemon Curd French Toast is bright, creamy, buttery, and packed with fresh flavor.
