Our old oven used to fluctuate like crazy, but this Marra Forni setup is a total game changer. It runs on a continuous current that bounces back 10-15 degrees in minutes, keeping top and bottom heat locked in at 565°. zero guesswork, just look at that crispy crust and micro-blistering 🤌🔥
