I’m a big fan of tomato and rosemary so I decided to get a little creative. The fettuccine is infused with tomato/rosemary and then topped with garlic butter, fresh basil, tomatoes, freshly grated Parmesan, and meatballs. It’s a really nice combination, the butter adds a slight creaminess with the fat, the tomatoes give it a slightly sharp/sweet bite. Adding it to the menu for this weekend.

I want to say thank you to everyone that ordered this weekend. It’s a fun process making the pasta and a joy to share it with others. In a small way it’s a connection to my family and culture. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and look forward to cooking for others in the future.

Hi neighbors, I started my business about 6 months ago selling homemade pasta and Italian meals. It’s a bit of a family tradition with my grandparents and father making homemade lasagne for the holidays. I make the noodles from scratch and the meatballs are homemade as well. It’s been a process of trial and error getting the recipes right, but I’m excited to be able to bring it to everyone. Photo is of our menu, feel free to reach out to me with questions or to order. Here is our current menu. All the meals are single serving size (4oz of pasta) and come ready to warm up and enjoy. The Meatballs are homemade from a family recipe.

Each package of frozen pasta has two 3oz servings in it, so enough for 2 people. They’ll last for 2-3 months in the freezer and cook in about 2 minutes. All the pasta is delicate and really goes best with simple/light sauces or just olive oil/butter.
