Mela offers the most authentic, delicious, and heart-healthy Bangladeshi cuisine. The journey started with Shaheen, an artisan chef and owner of Mela, who brings her own home cooking experience to your table. Shaheen was a staying home mom cooking for her twin boys a few years ago. With support from her family, she started the Moscow Farmers Market back in 2014 and quickly established her food amo

ng the market customers. She started large catering orders for SEL Friday lunches in 2015, each of those events require catering for 400-800 people. With the love and support of the loyal customers, Shaheen launched her own restaurant in 2018. During the journey from a home cook to the role of an artisan chef in her restaurant, Mela Bangladeshi Cuisine, Shaheen kept one thing constant: the taste of her food. No artificial color, MSG, SOY, PEANUT, GLUTEN in any main entrees. She is still cooking with the same passion as she was cooking for her growing twin boys!

We’re thrilled to welcome an incredible lineup of restaurants this year: Birch & Barley, Mela, Nayarit Mexican Restaurant, Paradise Creek Brewery - Downtown Restaurant and The Table Kitchen & Bar. These chefs never fail to impress, and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the table this year!

Tickets go on sale in May, and they’ve sold out every single year so keep an eye out. Together, we’ll enjoy an unforgettable evening while raising funds to support patients and families at end of life and throughout bereavement.
