But technical issues came up last minute and we had to skip.

Last week was different, yo.

For the past several days, we had the honor of being called on by World Central Kitchen World Central Kitchen to bring our NYC breakfast sandwiches for the firefighters and crews working the Aspen Acres Fire out of the Beulah Fire Station. Beulah Fire

Y'all probably noticed we were quiet.
We just put our heads down, focused, and got to work.

Huge respect to the entire World Central Kitchen crew. The folks behind the scenes, like The Food Truck Union , making it all happen, the teams on the ground before sunrise and long after dark, and everyone coordinating meals so these firefighters, workers, crews can stay focused on the job.

And to every firefighter and support crew from Colorado and the teams that traveled from out of state, nothing but love and respect. While most of us are sleeping, you're out there putting in work to protect homes, families, and our communities.

From one hardworking crew to another...thank you for letting us play a small part.

We're just a little food truck, but this past week those Bacon, Egg & Cheeses (and Pueblo chiles!) meant a little more than breakfast.

Appreciate you, World Central Kitchen, for trusting us.
