1129 Spirits & Eatery 1129 Spirits & Eatery was born from love, loss, and legacy.

The name 1129 honors the birthdate of our family member, Jordan Munoz — a son, a brother, a CSU-Pueblo wrestler, and a young man whose strength and spirit continue to inspire us every day.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been appointed to Pueblo County’s Community Services Block Grant Advisory Committee! ❤️

Thank you so much for this opportunity to serve our community, and to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. I love Pueblo, and I’m grateful to be part of something that helps others.

I hope my kids and grandkids are so proud of me. This year has been a lot, and when I look at everything I’ve worked through and accomplished, I hope they see how much heart I’ve put into it.

More than anything, I hope everything I do honors Jordan and reflects the love I will always have for him. Being his mom will forever be part of everything I do.

This means so much to me. Thank you for letting me give back. ❤️

Hey, it’s Taco Tuesday, and 1129 has got it going on! 🌮🔥

We’re doing chicken or beef birria tacos, elote, pink pineapple ceviche, and some fantastic new Mexican cocktails! We just got the good stuff in last week, and these drinks are gonna be on fire!

Go big or go home. You know what we do. 😉

Come see us today on the Riverwalk while supplies last. I honestly don’t think the food is going to last much into dinner, so I’d get here early before it’s gone!
