We have won multiple local competitions, nominated for Pueblo's best 2022- 2025 and placed as a Finalist in the top 3. We are a locally owned and operated BBQ Food trailer. We are available for all your catering needs as well. We operate Wednesday - Saturday (other days available with enough advance notice). We post our weekly schedule on our page. Finishing up 100lbs of butts for my friends step-sons graduation makes me appreciate how much the 1st smoker I won in professional competition Rocks. This is definitely never getting sold rock solid temps every time

We have really been hooked on these Picanah 's lately our technique is to season liberally with our in house seasoning and reverse sear over charcoal and pecan🥰 let rest for 10 to 20 min and slice. Internal temp 135 so tender and delicious.
