Hi just wanted to let everyone one know due to the Stage 2 fire restrictions we will not be operating as our smoker falls in the restricted equipment. With current conditions and the devastation of the Aspen Acre Fire we do not want to risk the smallest chance of starting a fire. We will not be open for business until conditions change. We are sending our deepest condolences and prayers to those effected by this tragedy. As the 4th of July approaches please be safe and use extreme caution while celebrating our nation's 250th birthday. We will post when we are back in operation.

We would likevto say thank you to all who came by and got some BBQ. We had a great day serving our new customers as well as our returning customers. We could not do this without out your support. Thank you Lambert Ace Hardware for providing a spot for us to set up, you guys rock. We will not be out for the next couple of weeks due to a planed medical procedure. Keep an eye on the page for our next sale date. Thank you all again.

We wanted to say thank you for a great sale day yesterday. We couldn't have had such a successful day if it was not for you, our customers. Thank you to Lambert Ace Hardware for giving us a great set up location. We have a private event next weekend so we will not be out. We will be back at Ace again in the near future. Keep an eye on our page for next sale date. Thank you all again.

The pit was lit at 3 am for a low and slow cook. We will be at Lambert Ace Hardware Saturday. We will have a limited amount of baked potatoes for loaded potatoes. Get your BBQ fix and check out the flowers and plants at Ace. See ya Saturday.

Hi just wanted to let everyone know we got our annual Health Department inspection completed on Tuesday. When Mother Nature will gets back to normal lol we will be firing up the pit and getting back out and selling our BBQ. Watch the page for our first out for the year. We already have a few private events scheduled for the year. We look forward to serving all of our regular returning customers as well as meeting all of our new customers.
