To our Houghton Lake & Prudenville community:
We want to start by saying thank you, and we want to apologize for being quiet for so long.
Your support, your conversations, your daily stops in. This place has never just been about coffee. It’s about community. And that’s something we don’t take lightly.
With that said, we want to be transparent with you.
This winter has been one of the toughest we’ve faced. And with three coffee shops now along the same stretch of road, we recognize that it’s time for us to step back, improve, and evolve.
So, Kiss Me Coffee will be temporarily closing for renovations.
This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a reset!
We’re using this time to:
• Improve the space
• Expand and upgrade our menu (especially food options)
• Refocus on what makes us different—being a true local coffee shop built around people, not just products
Because here’s the truth…
Too many small businesses have quietly disappeared from Houghton Lake and Prudenville over the years. Places that mattered. Places that were part of the rhythm of this community.
We’re not going to be one of them.
We are committed to coming back stronger. For you, for our team, and for this community that means so much to us.
Our goal is to reopen the first week of May, and when we do, we hope you’ll see (and feel) the difference.
A place where the coffee is great,but more importantly, where the people matter and the profits stay local.
