People have been curious about the origin of the name "The Turn." (Non-golfers). When playing golf, after completing the ninth hole, you turn back to start over at hole one. The restaurant is situated directly at the Turn. When we're on the course, we always say, "At the Turn, we've got to grab a drink or use the bathroom." Hence, what more suitable name than The Turn.

Something Exciting Is Coming to Providence Municipal Golf Course! ⛳🍽️

We’re thrilled to announce that The Turn, our new family-friendly restaurant, is coming soon to Providence Municipal Golf Course!

Whether you’re finishing up a round of golf, meeting friends for lunch, or looking for a great place to bring the family, The Turn will offer a welcoming atmosphere, great food, and a place for our community to gather.

🚧 We are currently working HARD to get everything ready and are hoping to open in approximately 3 weeks! 🤞🏼

Stay tuned for updates, sneak peeks, menu announcements, and an official opening date as we get closer.

We are pleased to announce that The Turn Restaurant and Catering page is now live. Our doors are expected to open in about three weeks, with updates forthcoming. Our restaurant will feature a breakfast buffet on Saturdays, a lunch buffet on Sundays, and ongoing catering services, all complemented by our full bar service throughout. Enjoy a cool drink by the pool this summer.
