I do a lottaaaaa messin’ around with fusion cuisines and one that really goes well together is American BBQ and Asian noodles.

Here’s a Smoked Brisket Ramen with Togorashi Buttered Corn, lots of cilantro, Bean Sprouts, ramen egg and a buttered miso beef ramen broth all served with the GOAT

You almost never see ramen made with beef, as pork and chicken are the go to meats for ramen in Japan but this is America and a nice Texas style smoked brisket pairs perfectly with these noodles 😮‍💨
