OTRA, which translates to other, is another restaurant concept by local restaurateurs Brian Kingsford and Jennifer Matta of Bacaro in Providence, RI. Our Barcelonian/Iberian-inspired menu features tapas, which are small bites or bar snacks, as well as platos or full entrees.
