A little piece of Roma’s history. ❤️🍕

Back in 2004, this newspaper clipping introduced Prosperity to Roma’s new owner, Wafik Eshaak (Tony)— with a promise to serve good, fresh food at a good price and keep customers coming back.

More than 20 years later, that same family is still here. Still making the bread. Still serving the community. Still welcoming generations of families through the doors.

Restaurants change. Towns grow. Kids grow up. But there’s something pretty special about looking back at where it all started.

Thank you, Prosperity, for being part of the Roma’s story all these years. ❤️
