Swanky Soiree for Avante Capital Partners' annual retreat. Wild mushroom soup with truffle oil and dukkah garnish (not shown), arugula salad with toasted pistachios, asiago, micro greens and candied orange, duet of hanger steak and shrimp with beurre rouge, roasted green beans with red pepper and potato gratinee....and finally individual apple charlottes, home made cinnamon ice cream and chocolate almond ice cream, pomegranate drizzle, olive oil and sea salt. Chocolate truffles (not shown).

It's really fun and rewarding to get applause at fancy parties. But boy do I love this part too. Ethan also loves my Cod Oreganata!
