Fun fact: It takes about 19.3 seconds to throw cheese and toppings EVERYWHERE during Food Truck Friday. 😂 Cleaning it up? Just a tad longer!

As a kid, I HATED sausage and mushroom pizza. Apparently, Dad knew what he was doing and I was just being dramatic.

Today, The Tom Wolfe is one of the most special pizzas on our menu.

Our dad loved sausage and mushroom pizza, so naturally we named one after him: Signature Red Sauce, our three-cheese blend, Italian sausage and mushrooms piled on like Tom Wolfe himself was supervising.

Turns out, Dad was right.

We’d sure love to sit down, share one with him today, and hear him say, “See? Told ya.”

We miss him dearly.

The Tom Wolfe — a little stubborn, a whole lotta sausage, and one hell of a good memory.

This is Wolfe It Down Pizza in one shot—live fire, glowing coals, bubbling cheese, and that perfectly crisp, wood-fired crust.
Front and center is The Arctic Wolfe—crispy bacon paired with tender chicken on our creamy white sauce, finished with a cool ranch drizzle.
No conveyor belt. No propane. No ordinary oven. Just flames doing what they do best.
Hot from the fire. Cool with the ranch. Wildly delicious.
