🧀 Fried Burrata
Panko-crusted burrata, fried until golden, served over pomodoro and topped with basil pesto, balsamic fennel & onions, and focaccia.

🍣 Tuna Poke
Ahi tuna marinated in miso, sriracha, and mayo over seasoned jasmine rice with cucumbers, radishes, carrots, and shish*to peppers. Finished with shiso leaf, crispy shallots, scallions, sesame seeds, and sesame-ginger sauce.

🥩 Grilled Pork Chop
12 oz. dry-aged, bone-in center-cut pork chop, cooked medium (rosy pink) with charred fennel and buttered pea & potato hash. Finished with an aji pepper-peach sauce.
