What a night! We had an absolute blast at the final show of the Rock & Coal Festival. Dessert pancakes were flying out the window all evening, and our featured flavor, Neon Rodeo, was definitely a crowd favorite.

The crowd just kept coming, and we ended up staying open nearly an hour after the show ended to make sure everyone had a chance to grab dessert. We love that kind of problem. ❤️

But if we're being honest, the real star of the show was the ice cold bottled water. 😂 Who knew hydration would steal the spotlight?

Thank you to everyone who stopped by. We made lots of new friends today 💕Carbon County, you sure know how to show up! We appreciate every single one of you and can't wait to see you at the next event. 💜🥞✨

A stack of mini pancakes loaded with cheesecake filling, fresh kiwi, whipped cream, honey graham crumble, and drizzled with hot pink and turquoise sweet cream. She's bright, she's bold, and she's stealing the show. Sorry, Allie😂

But don’t worry, we are also bringing ALL 21 of our regular Wicked Kitchen flavors too, so there is something for everyone in the crowd.

We already know some of you will be scrolling Facebook later tonight wishing you had come. Don’t be that person.

Carbon County, you did it again!

Mary Jane’s Last Dance was the star of the night, and we nearly sold out.

Even after the concert ended, people were still stopping by to order!

We even had a few of you park on the side street and sneak in just for dessert. 😂 You know who you are, and honestly, we respect the dedication.

We are beyond grateful for your support. Every order, every visit, and every kind word means the world to our little business.
