After one full season of running our food trailer, we’ve decided to sell it and shift our focus fully into catering and our yurt-based retreat experiences.
The support from this community was INCREDIBLE. Local businesses welcomed us, collaborated with us, and gave us places to operate. So many of you showed up week after week, shared feedback, and helped us grow faster than we imagined. There is absolutely a strong and growing demand for food trucks in our little town! By the end of the summer, we had a menu that we were proud of and full schedule for the upcoming season.
What we learned, though, is that this style of work asked more of us physically and emotionally than we expected. Through the long days, late nights, and learning curves, we discovered where our energy is best spent — and that’s in creating meaningful food experiences through fresh small-scale catering.
So now, it’s time for the next chapter.
Our trailer is ready for someone new — whether you’ve been dreaming about starting a food truck, want an outfitted enclosed trailer, or have a totally different creative project in mind. It’s set up and ready to go, and we’re listing it at a very competitive price.
