Join us for an immersive and delicious dining experience inspired by the beauty and abundance of the Northwoods.

We've been foraging, preserving, testing recipes, and crafting a multi-course menu featuring locally sourced ingredients (full menu attached)!

Throughout the evening, Naturalists Licia and Jenna will guide guests through the meal, sharing insights into ethical foraging, local ecosystems, and processing tips for the foods growing all around us.

Our little catering company has developed a side hustle... and we love that it gives us another way to support local Wisconsin businesses and producers.

Tonight we gave a box to , the new owners of our former TipUps food truck. The trailer got a MAJOR facelift, and we couldn't be happier to see it thriving in its next chapter. Their food is incredible - thoughtfully sourced ingredients, a.m.a.z.i.n.g crust, and a menu that honors the rich history of pasties while drawing inspiration from similar traditions around the world.
