Excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Viking Brew Coffee! We are filled with gratitude for the legacy Eric, Taffy, and Aaron have built over the past 10 years. We are honored to carry on the passion for coffee and community. This is a dream come true for us, and we can’t wait to continue serving our loyal customers with the same love and dedication. We will still serve and sell Viking Brew Coffee, but will likely change the shop name soon. The shop will be closed for renovations for likely the next 4-7 days. We’d like to preserve this Instagram account for any memories it holds of Eric and Viking Brew over the years, and will continue sharing the new journey on the account tagged here
